20274 Halperin (1998 FZ40) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on March 20, 1998 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro. It is named after Bruce Halperin, a finalist in the 2004 Intel Science Talent Search.
